Our American Straight Whiskey serves as the base for the cocktail, and is carefully combined with our best-selling Amaro and Angostura Bitters. We use BroVo Spirits Pretty Vermouth which brings floral notes of chamomile and elderflower to the drink.

This wine has a lovely luminosity – the color is bright crimson. The nose has delicate earthy aromas combined with red and dark berry flavors. On the palate these characteristics follow through combining with interesting savory notes and just a touch of oak on the finish.

50% Garnacha, 50% Tempranillo. Black and red berry fragrances, fruity, silky and fresh in mouth where it harmoniously combines volume, softness, body, silkiness and refinement. Absolutely delicious!

The color is an elegant golden straw yellow with amber highlights. Its aromas are radiant, revealing bright yellow-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, yellow peach), honey, floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is seductive, richly flavorful and smooth combining generosity and subtlety, fullness and vigor, followed by a delicately fresh crispiness (fruit with seeds), to reveal the magical balance of Champagne.

WA 98 "Sugarloaf is a cooler site in south Napa, above a quarry. It usually allows for a longer hang time, often lending a minty or herbal lift to this label. The deep garnet-purple colored 2012 Proprietary Red Sugarloaf Mountain is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Deep garnet colored, it offers up notes of fruitcake, exotic spices, prunes, black truffles and Morello cherries with hints of garrigue, tilled earth and bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a firm foundation of ripe, grainy, tannins supporting the bright, vibrant fruit, finishing long and with a minty lift. 225 cases were made. Wheel Horse Rye is the first aged rye to come out of the historic Green River Distilling Co. This sour mash whiskey is made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It's distilled in copper stills then matured in hand-selected, 53-gallon, charred oak barrels for between three and four years. Like all of our small batch whiskeys, Wheel Horse Rye is bottled at 101 proof and without chill filtration.

The fruit for the Double Black Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested during the cool early morning hours. Following de-stemming, the grapes were fermented slowly in stainless steel fermenters and then pressed gently into stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine is aged on a blend of American and French oak while another portion is maintained in stainless steel, providing blending options for the winemaker to craft a bold and structured wine

Templeton Rye Stout Cask Bourbon is a newly released product in line with an incredible series of unusual wood treatment bourbons from Templeton. The stout cask donates an incredible depth, and wonderful sour notes, along with the expected chocolate element. This results in a bourbon that has a mesmerizing roasted chocolate profile, followed by a complex, malty flavor profile. Supporting notes of toasted nuts, rye pepper, and a slightly sour tinge can be found lingering in the finish of this fine bottle. You might want to open this up with a dash of water to unlock some of the deeper elements of this flavor profile.

It is easy to be seduced by the bright hues and youthful nature of The Flyer - rose petals, earth tones and a hint of sandalwood lead the aromas on this Sonoma Coast blend. There is a ton of complexity about this wine. It is rich and dense upon entry as delicious layers of black, brambly fruit - notably dried black cherries and blackberries - play on the palate and are supported by pleasant acidity and silky tannins.

A hint of roasted vanilla bean shows through, leaving a lovely impression on the lengthy and persistent finish.

Macallan 12 Year Old Early 2000s Round Bottle

When Macallan assumed the responsibility for their own bottlings from Campbell, Hope & King in 1980, they inherited both an 8 and 12 year old age-statement release, quickly adding a new 10 year old into the mix as well. The 12 year old however was the firm favourite, and is the only of the three still in production today, bottled as part of the Sherry Oak Cask line of the core range.
