The fruit for the Double Black Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested during the cool early morning hours. Following de-stemming, the grapes were fermented slowly in stainless steel fermenters and then pressed gently into stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine is aged on a blend of American and French oak while another portion is maintained in stainless steel, providing blending options for the winemaker to craft a bold and structured wine

It is easy to be seduced by the bright hues and youthful nature of The Flyer - rose petals, earth tones and a hint of sandalwood lead the aromas on this Sonoma Coast blend. There is a ton of complexity about this wine. It is rich and dense upon entry as delicious layers of black, brambly fruit - notably dried black cherries and blackberries - play on the palate and are supported by pleasant acidity and silky tannins.

A hint of roasted vanilla bean shows through, leaving a lovely impression on the lengthy and persistent finish.

On the palate, Asian pear, grapefruit and Gravenstein apple are rounded out with hints of butterscotch and walnut. Macallan 12 Year Old Early 2000s Round Bottle

When Macallan assumed the responsibility for their own bottlings from Campbell, Hope & King in 1980, they inherited both an 8 and 12 year old age-statement release, quickly adding a new 10 year old into the mix as well. The 12 year old however was the firm favourite, and is the only of the three still in production today, bottled as part of the Sherry Oak Cask line of the core range.

This is the packaging used between 1999 and 2004. Imported to the USA by Remy Amerique, New York.

Laphroaig is a highly-acclaimed brand of premium Islay single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Larphoraig Distillery,
founded in 1815 by Donald and Alexander Johnston. The brand has changed hands multiple times over the years beginning in
the 1960s until it was purchased by Beam Suntory of Suntory Holdings in 2014. Laphroaig is recognized as producing some of
the most deeply flavored Scotch whiskies on the market and is the only whisky to carry the Royal Warrant of the Prince of
Wales, awarded in 1994. The brand offers a range of products including several very rare and expensive expressions such as
their discontinued 18 year old iteration (last offered in 2015). Notably, Laphroaig is unlike many other blended Scotch makers
in that it malts its own barley. The barley is finished in special kilns with over 205 years of seasoning – leaving a truly defining
note that Laphroaig fans have come to know and crave.

Lammerlaw is a blend of New Zealand malt whiskies developed to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the marketing of Wilson’s New Zealand whisky products, distilled at New Zealands only whisky distillery, in Dunedin.

The name Lammerlaw relates to the Lammerlaw mountain range which is located some 30 miles westward of Dunedin. The malt blends chosen for Lammerlaw are distilled in the same traditions of of the Scotch whisky industry, distilled more than 10 years ago, carefully maturing in imported oak casks at our warehouse on the Taieri Plains.

Unfortunately the blends that make up Lammerlaw are not in abundant supply, which necessitates this particular whisky being restricted in availability.

This Cabernet Sauvignon presents with deep, dark reds and purples. Aromas are opulent with ripe black plum, currant, blackberry, anise, espresso and toasted oak, as well as a subtle thread of crème brûlée. A rich, dense profile follows with flavors of cassis and plum, ripe black fruits, espresso, mocha and molasses, with a fine French oak influence. This is a deep, structured wine with excellent fine-grained tannins.

Popov is a special blend of select ingredients with a remarkably smooth taste that is great for mixing, straight up or on the rocks. This premium blend vodka is carefully distilled with select ingredients for a smooth, crisp and versatile profile, pairing well with a variety of mixers.

All of the Uncaged wines are complex, juicy and dynamic. Z. Alexander Brown wanted to craft a food-friendly, versatile Chardonnay—in a bold style with excellent acidity and balance. This wine is true to the variety, with a bright acidity attributed to the cool climate of Santa Lucia Highlands. 

A beautiful and enticing cool climate Pinot Noir. Ripe flavors of cranberry and cherry are enhanced by hints of baking spices and charred wood. This Massal Selection Pinot Noir was planted and grown sustainably by our winemakers, Nico and Laura Espenschied, on their family estate in Flonheim, Germany. The grapes were hand-picked and fermented in open tonneau by native yeasts. We let the wine soften and age for 18 months in large oak tonneau.

The Napa Valley Reserve Selection Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a sweet intensity and gingerbread warmth with aromas of raspberry and blackberry. With sweet, juicy fruit on the entry and balanced concentration, the palate has weight and density. Flavors of vanilla, boysenberry, cardamom and anise are complemented by a long finish.

Oak, Smoke, Fire… and Rock. Flaming Heart takes its name from a song by M. Ward. For the label of this seventh version, we have made the rock music inspiration still more explicit. Stranger & Stranger, the design agency behind the last four incarnations, created a beautiful framework for the label, drawing on source material from the world of heavy metal posters. They then had a lot of fun layering references to iconic rock acts. Starting with Pink Floyd’s ‘Wish You Were Here’ album artwork, and embracing Led Zeppelin and Captain Beefheart, fans of classic rock will enjoy scouting out the easter eggs.

The whisky inspired by a rock song – on tour again in 2022. Like metal bands, some whiskies need an audience – others command one. Flaming Heart has always enjoyed performing to passionate fans. Oak, smoke and fire reunite for a seventh time, fusing pyrotechnics with deliciousness. The whisky is built around a new power trio of peated malts from the Caol Ila, Laphroaig and Talisker distilleries, while spice from our trademark French oak custom barrels delivers both loudness and a luxurious mouthfeel. As well as being perhaps the fruitiest Flaming Heart of recent years, you will experience a very special encore that combines remnant stocks of Peat Monster Arcana, our release for Belgian importer The Nectar’s 15th Anniversary, and a little of the 2018 version of Flaming Heart. Ultramarine is inspired by an iconic deluxe blended Scotch, in particular the first bottlings of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Harnessing old school Sherry casks and ethereal peatiness, Ultramarine highlights the enchanting possibilities, and the breadth of flavours and textures, afforded by combinations of aged malt and grain whiskies.

Flavour Profile: Toffee, antique polished oak and complex peatiness are primary aromas, with a palate of roasted pecan, raisins and smoke.
