This effervescent Côte des Roses rosé is unique and celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. It stands out with an original blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir, Chardonnay and expresses all the freshness of the Pyrenean Piedmont terroir combined with the sunny generosity of the Cévennes Piedmont, for a singular aromatic signature. The soil, very varied, is mainly composed of hard limestone from the garrigues, schist soils but also gravel. The climate, hot and windy, semi-arid with a mild winter variant, promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good sanitary condition, while maintaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates high summer temperatures.
