This is a classic South Aussie Shiraz from a family with deep roots there. The nose offers a multitude of aromas: plums, black cherries, chocolate, olives, ground black pepper and dusty, earthy spice. The palate deftly balances tannin, texture and acidity. There's a savory line of powdery tannins.
