The cooperative behind Ercole works predominantly with old vines ranging from 30 to 50 years old. Cloudy and unfiltered, this sparkling wine hails from the Alta Langa, a region specialized in sparkling wines thanks to their chalky limestone soils extending from 400 up to 700 meters above sea level.
