PRODUCTION: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 8 months.
COLOUR: Deep red with very nice violet hints.
BOUQUET: Really intense aromas and reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrants, cherries, mulberries, cocoa and liquorice.
TASTE: Round, smooth taste with fruity notes and an aromatic aftertaste.
