Red Wine Fortunate Son 2018 The Dreamer

Pure cabernet sauvignon that is dark and brooding. A wine of elegance, fine and structured tannins, and basically the wine-equivalent of a Wagner piece on a stormy night after unexpectedly making an enormous sum of money. In other words, it is pure magic with rock-solid complexity on a very high level.

Pairing:  Slow braised venison, grilled lamb.
