Mezcal Craneo

Classically structured on the nose, the mezcal offers a sweet barbecue smoke character with hints of citrus. The palate is also mostly traditional, through with quite a light and silky body. Notes of orange and grapefruit peel, green banana, and spun sugar punctuate the modestly sweet smokiness, palate shows a progression and evolution of the aromas with a long enjoyable finish.
