Chardonnay Miola Reserva

Wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in our own vineyards located in the Southern Campaign region. This wine had a brief period in French oak; its color shows a greenish hue with straw reflections, the aroma is intense and complex, and the palate is very harmonious and creamy.

Ideal as an aperitif. Since it is a wine aged in oak, it pairs well with medium-structured foods and, by contrast, balances very well with dishes that tend to be juicy and fatty, such as cod fritters, acarajé, Italian food, cappelletti, polenta and fortaia, grilled steak, young chicken, and tortéi.
