Limpid gold. Poached pear, yellow apple and a hint of ginger on the fragrant nose. Fleshy and energetic on the palate, offering juicy orchard fruit, orange zest and vanilla flavors and a late suggestion of smokiness. Finishes long and spicy, with a repeating vanilla note and a hint of anise.
