With the success of Substance ‘Cs’ Cabernet Sauvignon, the brand expanded to include Substance Vineyard Collection – a single-vineyard collection that includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc varietals. These wines are a modern expression of the classic Bordeaux varietals paired with a Loire-style Sauvignon Blanc. The latest chapter in the Substance book is ‘Ch’ Chardonnay which expresses the same vision as the flagship ‘Cs’ Cabernet Sauvignon.
