Sake Manga Junmai

Junmai means "pure rice" and is just brewed with rice, rice koji, and Miyamizu, the most famous spring water for making sake, welling up in the Nada district here is the top sake brewing region in Japan and the brewery is located.

 

This balanced Junmai has a gentle nose with mixed berries, melon and earth tones.  The semi floral first sip is met in the mouth with dried fruit flavors that fade away into a soft finish.
