Bib & Tucker 6 Year Old Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is crafted from a proprietary mash bill, then double distilled and mature in the rolling hills of Columbia, Tennessee in No. 1 charred American white oak barrels for at least six years. This leads to more contact with the wood providing a smooth and toasted bourbon.

Crafted with a mash bill of 95% wheat and 5% malted barley, this lively and bright wheat whiskey is the reason that Old Elk was named "Colorado Wheat Whiskey Distillery of the Year" at the 2020 edition of the New York International Spirits Competition.

Maker's 46 was created by Bill Samuels, Jr., to amplify the flavors he loves in Maker's Mark. The innovative wood stave finishing process starts with fully matured Maker's Mark® at cask strength. We then insert seared virgin French oak staves into the barrel and finish it a bit longer in our limestone cellar. The result is Maker's 46: bolder and more complex, but without the bitterness typical of longer aged whiskies. Proof: 94 Aroma: Hints of French oak, caramel and sweetness. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is an innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon that creates a rich and colorful flavor unlike any other bourbon in the market. Starting with Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, which is matured in handcrafted new white oak barrels; the bourbon is then uniquely matured for a second time in another new barrel. The second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring, creating the unique flavors of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, a smooth, full-bodied bourbon with a long, rich finish.

The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is distilled, matured, and bottled in Kentucky and delivers bold and spicy character. Made with a lower amount of rye in the mash bill than most contemporary rye whiskies, Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey is representative to a more traditional Kentucky Rye. It’s bold character and emphasis on spice delivers a long and sweetly spiced finish.

It starts with fully matured Maker’s Mark straight out of the barrel. But then it takes a bold twist. Nikka operates two Coffey stills (named after its inventor Aeneas Coffey) within the Miyagikyo distillery for the elaboration of its grain whiskies. Imported from Scotland in 1963, these old stills yield a distillate with more flavour and depth than modern column stills, imparting a distinct character that defines the house blends. These two unique bottlings showcase the innovative spirit of Nikka.

At Sons of Liberty, we have an insatiable curiosity for flavor - some might call it an obsession. The Barrel Selection Series is dedicated to handpicking whiskey barrels from other distilleries for the sole purpose of enhancing their flavor through finishing.

For this offering, we seek out Bourbon Whiskey with a high rye influence to soften the sweetness from the corn. After carefully finishing the barrels with a combination of toasted oak staves, the result is a well-rounded Bourbon Whiskey with depth of flavor.

Bold, yet approachable, with rich notes of toasted vanilla and caramel. Complemented by hints of spice and dark fruit that carry through to a smooth finish.

Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, we select a special whiskey to be released in the name of our late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.

The 17^th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey pulled from 142 barrels. For this release, we used our traditional rye mashbill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley. It was barreled in August, October or December of 2012 and aged on the first floor of Rickhouse H1 and H2, the fifth floor of Rickhouse FF, the third and seventh floors of Rickhouse BB, and the second floor of Rickhouse DD. At bottling, the liquid was non-chill filtered. This is only the second Rye in the collection and is the longest-aged Rye Whiskey in the Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio, making this a truly special edition.

This expression is part of the annual Master’s Collection series, which celebrates Master Distiller Chris Morris and Assistant Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall and their commitment to excellence.

Batch Proof is a limited-edition expression of Woodford Reserve’s proprietary process, which involves mixing barrels into a batch and then bottling the whiskey at its actual proof, straight from the barrel. The formula for Batch Proof is nearly identical to that of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
