Sancerre Michel Bedu les Valiens le Canard

White wine from the Sauvignon grape variety, with aromas of white flowers and a lemony nose.

The vines are 20 to 30 years old. They are planted on clay-limestone soil. The harvest is mechanical.

The aging is carried out in stainless steel vats for 6 to 8 months on fine lees, 
which gives it an ample and generous mouth, and gives a good length in the mouth.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif with seafood and certain fish.
