Chardonnay Tribute

Tribute Chardonnay is sourced from the renowned growing region of the Monterey AVA, primarily from two vineyards, McCoy Vineyard and San Lucas Vineyard. Our McCoy Vineyard provides a temperate microclimate from the Pacific fog that settles across the vineyards and promotes acidity development & steady retention of acidity. The windy weather, sandy soil, and fog contribute to an elongated growing season. Our San Lucas Vineyard, known for its wider diurnal temperature swings, brings well-ripened fruit that contributes tropical flavors.
