Wine Mirabelle Castell d'Age Cava "Cuvee Anna Marie"

This complex bubbly is a classic blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada from organically farmed slate and clay limestone soils in the heart of the Penedes. The twenty-plus months that it spent on the lees adds wonderful notes of yeast and fresh baked brioche that are followed by white floral tones and a delightful nuttiness.
