Philippe Collin's white Cremant de Limoux has been a hit since we started shipping it years ago, so it made perfect sense to add this, his sparkling rosé wine, to our stable. Like its white sibling, this salmon-pink rosé gives great bang for the buck!

Chablis, renowned for its freshness and minerality. It reveals a delicate nose of citrus, white flowers and iodine notes. On the palate, it is distinguished by a lively and taut attack, a beautiful balanced structure and the legendary minerality that characterizes the great years in Chablis. Chablis is a wine of pleasure, to be enjoyed on any occasion.

Dark juicy fruits like currant, black cherry and cassis give way to earthy notes of tea and spice. Well integrated tannins give the wine a long, velvety finish. This Cabernet underwent malolactic fermentation before 13 months of aging in toasted American oak barrels.

Nose: Fresh red cherry, crushed strawberry, and rose petal with hints of soft earth and warm limestone.

Palate: Juicy cherry and raspberry glide across silky tannins, lifted by gentle spice and bright acidity.

Finish: Clean, dry close marked by red-berry skin, subtle minerality, and a soft floral echo.

What you’ll enjoy about this wine: It’s a juicy and ripe Red Blend that entices the taste buds with an approachable flavor profile and layers of complexity as you sip. Notes of black plum, red cherry, blackberry, and rich chocolate marry with vanilla and caramel aromas.

Deep red with ruby glints, this racy wine has pleasant aromas of red fruits backed by a firm but elegant tannic structure becoming more supple when matured. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry gradually give way to underbrush, spices (tobacco) and leather. Pleasantly round and very firm, this is a powerful, meaty wine.

Aged only in large, neutral barrels for mellowness without oaky taste. It’s a lovely, approachable wine with blackberry, black cherry and earthy flavors and a long finish.

Big and bold fruits, with a hint of earth and acidity make this a perfect food pairing wine. Yum!

A medium to full body is present on this Tuscan Sangiovese red from the Montepulciano region. It’s a beautiful ruby-red color with notes of tart cherries, black berries and plums. Full of fruit, yet dry on the finish with medium tannins.

13.5% alcohol. Deeply coloured, this has a floral, vivid, primary nose of brambly fruit with a nice touch of green adding freshness. The palate is vivid and grippy with juicy berry fruits and some firm crunchy tannins. Bright and immediate; refreshing and drinkable; a wine for the table with its good acidity and tannins. I love it for its immediacy. It’s not trying to be fine wine, but it captures the joy of harvest and simple winemaking without any trickery or make-up. 91/100

"Handpicked grapes picked from Napa Valley, with a large portion grown in St Helena. Destemmed and crushed for native yeast primary fermentation in closed-top vats on the skins for 24 days.
