Tomaiolo Riserva has a great depth of dark cherry fruit, chocolate, and earth flavors. It aged in Slavonian oak casks for two years and refined for a further period in the bottle. The long, spiced, and fruity finish makes it perfect with pizza, pasta, as well as grilled meats and vegetables.

For our Chianti, we source our grapes from south-facing hillside vineyards outside Vinci and Cerreto Guidi in the western part of the Chianti region. Our Chianti is made with 90% Sangiovese grapes and 10% Merlot grapes. The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperatures controlled between 70°F and 80°F. This temperature control allows us to produce a Chianti with balanced tannins and rich fruit aromas and flavors. The wine is then fermented to dry for 8 days. About 15% of the wine is barrel aged for 6 months in new and used American oak barrels to add some complexity to it. DaVinci Chianti is a well-balanced wine of medium weight with jammy flavors of ripe plums, cherries and red fruit. It has a deep crimson color and is a lively wine with a soft mineral finish and round tannins that linger in long, peppery finish. This wine pairs perfectly with all starters, pastas and meat dishes and is best when served slightly below room temperature (64°F).

Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva 2019 is ruby red in color. On the nose aromas of small red fruit and floral hints of lavender lead over to spicy notes of cloves and sweet tobacco. The rich bouquet is completed by impressions of graphite, white chocolate, and mint. A mouth filling entry with supple tannins is sustained by excellent freshness. The finish echoes aromatic notes perceived on the nose.

blueberries off the vine - with dominate notes of bright red cherries and dark chocolate. The vibrant acidity suggests the wine will age gracefully for years to come and that 2018 will be remembered as a great year. 

Blend: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Its deep ruby red color acts as a prelude to scents of wild red berry fruits and floral aromas of violets and broom, as well as balsamic hints and those of underbrush. Its development on the palate is harmonious yet incisive, more dynamic than muscular.

Deep and dense ruby red coloring. Very ripe black cherries and plums, then floral hints of gladiolus. Initial fruits and spices that shift gradually into forest fruits and herbal notes. This is an elegant wine that reflects fully the characteristics of its terroir.

Aromas of red and dark berries, cherry chocolate, baking spices, hazelnuts and hints of bark. Medium- to full-bodied, smooth and mellow with fine tannins and delicious fruit. Long and textural. Very attractive and vivid. Drink or hold. (James Suckling)

This vintage, the blend is 85% Sangiovese, 10% Ciliegiolo, and 5% ancient co-planted varietals; the grapes come from vineyards at 350m, facing south-southeast on light sandy topsoil with compact grey clay about 20cm beneath. The vines were planted in 2006. The Ciliegiolo was harvested at the end of September at 7,000kg/ha (about 49hl/ha) and the Sangiovese in the beginning of October at 8,500kg/ha (about 59hl/ha).  There was then a selection of the best bunches in the cellar.

A pure ruby-red color. Fruity with cherry and strawberry notes. Some tertiary hints remind leather. Ripen red fruits, succulent, intriguing and long-lasting. Tannins are ripen and delicate. The aftertaste expresses a lively freshness with notes of dark red fruits, wet ground and wood.

Nipozzano 2020 is ruby red of medium intensity, very clear. On the nose, it begins with intense fruity scents of wild berries and cherries, followed by clear floral notes of violet. Fresh and balsamic, it has pleasant spicy undertones of pepper, nutmeg and roasted Arabicacoffee. In the mouth, it is satisfying, harmonious, fresh, fruity and mineral, with a dense and silky tannic texture. With its remarkable taste olfactory correspondence, Nipozzano always dazzles with its extraordinary pleasantness that appeals to the taste buds of a vast and diverse range of consumers. The finish is pleasantly persistent and balanced in its various components.
