After three years since our last rendition of this wine, we’re excited to welcome back our Sparkling Albariño! Although just a small number of New England vineyards grow this grape varietal, our cool, maritime climate provides a wonderful environment for producing this crisp, aromatic, and versatile wine. On the nose, the wine offers notes of peach and apricot. On the palate, senses are met with flavors of lemongrass, ginger, and fresh green apple, followed by a dry finish. The wine began fermentation in the tank, and finished in the bottle, providing a refreshing and natural carbonation.  Enjoy our first wine from the 2025 Vintage!
