This luxurious Sauvignon Blanc displays gorgeous aromas of mango, pineapple, Key lime pie, and honeydew melon, as well as fragrant hints of orange blossom and elderflower. On the palate, a delicate, silky texture accentuates the generous tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors, with energetic acidity and undercurrents of minerality carrying the wine to a bright, focused finish.

"Funaguchi" is a truly fresh sake which is not subjected to either pasteurization or blending. 　 Since the draft sake is delicate, we had to solve various problems before we could commercialize it. 　 With our technology developed through the tradition and the enthusiasm for brewing, we strenuously solved each problem, and after trial and error, we were at last able to commercialize the draft sake in 1972. Funaguchi has an alcohol content of 19% which is slightly higher compared with the average sake. 　 Being rich yet light in taste, Funaguchi presents slightly different mature tastes as it deepens its maturation in a can, fresh our of the brewery, six months later, and one year later. 　 Since it was placed in the market in convenient aluminum cans, Funaguchi has been constantly popular and it now has many fans throughout Japan.

We all know that Prosecco refers to value-driven sparkling wine. What’s notable here is “Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore,” which refers to the specific subregion where Cinzia Sommariva farms her Glera—the ancestral name for the Prosecco grape. The 2017 Faust Cabernet is a blend of our estate vineyards in Coombsville and Rutherford and mountain sourcing in Atlas Peak, Mount Veeder and Howell Mountain. Intense yet fresh with juicy blue and black notes. Notes of dark chocolate and dried herbs pair with silky tannins and lifting acidity. A layered and lingering finish. Faust, the story, celebrates a legend which has inspired many great minds, among them the German poet Goethe, from whose masterpiece we draw our inspiration. In Goethe’s most famous work, the aging scholar Dr. Faust barters his soul in the afterlife in exchange for another chance at youth. He gets his chance, yet ultimately his soul is saved by love.

Our Chardonnay is a great balance of bright citrus and honey with a touch of oak character and hints of juicy peach. Crafted with care so that no single flavor overpowers another, this wine is simply delicious.

With 130 years of history on their shoulders, the Kikusui Sake Company of Niigata prefecture built themselves up from the bottom. The name "Kikusui" is a reference to a Noh theatre play, wherein the dew (Sui) from the petals of chrysanthemums (Kiku) grant eternal life.

 

Kikusui Perfect Snow is an unfiltered "Nigori" type of sake, which is very sensitive to light. The 180mL can has been specially designed to block out the light. Also the sake is filled all the way to the top to avoid oxidation and ensure freshness.

Bottled during the end of active fermentation, this wine continues to ferment in the bottle leaving it dry, cloudy, yeasty, and full of life, with a natural effervescence. Released just after bottling, it is the fresh wine of the harvest. It is fresh and fruity after bottling, but ages gracefully into more yeasty, toasty aromas. Made from a blend of Cayuga and Seval grapes from Fingerlakes region, New York.

Straw yellow. Notes of meadow flowers, pears, and golden apple. The bouquet is fresh and complex, showing refined notes of sage and mint accompanied by an elegant minerality typical of Pinot Grigio. Medium bodied, lively, and elegant. A touch of minerality lingers in the finish, with notes of lemon peel. Enjoy Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio as an aperitif or as a wonderful companion with a variety of foods.
