The Journey of Voyage II begins with an Ex- Bourbon Barrel that was filled with Maple Syrup. From there we took a blend of 6 to 8 year old Rum and finished it in a Maple syrup cask for 10 months.
The Mapel Syrup cask brings a depth and complexity to the rum, allowing for the beautiful marriage of sweet maple sugar and soft oak coating your palate.
