A Vermont Single Malt Whiskey

Vermont's first Single Malt Whiskey is a collaboration between Mad River Distillers and Lawson's Finest Liquids. Triple Sunshine The wash is 100% barley, brewed by the collaborator, and send to Mad River Distillers for fermentation, distilling and barrel aging in Warren, VT. Distillation in our Muller still and careful aging in American oak Barrels results in a Vermont single malt whiskey of exceptional character.

Abasolo El Whisky De Mexico is crafted and distilled from 100% Mexican Cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) corn, which has been cultivated and passed down for more than 200 generations by local farmers for its distinct, extraordinary flavor. 

A favourite of whiskey enthusiasts, this limited release small-batch Kentucky Whiskey is the resurgence of an expression that was wildly popular in the 1970s and 80s. The 'Sour Mash' moniker refers to their process of using previously fermented mash as a starter from the new mash to be fermented. As it has a highly individual grain selection, the whiskey cannot be referred to as a rye or a bourbon. Matured in charred new American white oak barrels, and bottled at 43% abv.

Expect notes of smoky creme brulee on the nose, leading to more caramelised sugar, spices, smoky fruit, and hints of cherry on the palate. Starts out like a bourbon and finishes like a rye. 

Its production is limited, so each bottle of this Midleton very rare whisky is dated, numbered and signed by the chief distiller. On the nose are smoked and spiced notes and a touch of herbal flowers. In the mouth, it has a smoked taste with almonds and lush-fruits notes. It offers a velvet-like everlasting finish.

Crafted with a mash bill of 95% wheat and 5% malted barley, this lively and bright wheat whiskey is the reason that Old Elk was named "Colorado Wheat Whiskey Distillery of the Year" at the 2020 edition of the New York International Spirits Competition.
