Utopias is a top shelf beer, reminiscent of a rich vintage Port or fine Sherry thanks to its unique barrel-aging process and proprietary brewing techniques, with brewers enhancing this year’s brew by experimenting with Cognac and Madeira finishing barrels.We make Utopias to challenge the perception of what beer can be. Organic Chocolate Stout

Brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard water is drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic chocolate malt and organic cocoa impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish – this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate.

 

5% ABV

This unfiltered English Strong Ale is a medium to full-bodied ale, with pronounced caramel and toffee notes, followed by a roasted finish.

Tip back a bock. Brewed with rich roasted barley malt and German specialty hops this lightly hopped American-Style dark lager always goes down easy.

Juicy hops and silky malt meet in a Hazy Little Thing with fruit-forward flavor, modest bitterness, and a smooth finish.

Making our delicious haze starts before we even fire up the kettle. Oats and wheat—both malted and unmalted varieties—are critical to the recipe, down to their exact makeup of proteins, beta-glucans, diastatic power, and other beer-nerdy specs. Once we’re brewing, this precise grain foundation interacts with the polyphenols (think pre-haze molecules) in colossal volumes of lupulin hop dust, which is basically the pure flavor from inside hop cones, to generate a smooth and juicy haze. We chill our fermenters at slightly higher temperatures than normal so the haze doesn’t fade, then we skip the filter to package all the hazy flavor in its prime—straight from the tanks and into the can.
