It all starts in our Marlborough vineyards, in the region famous for introducing elegant, cool climate New Zealand wines to the world. Marlborough’s warm days and cool nights create an extended growing season allowing the grapes to develop strong, intense varietal characteristics whilst maintaining a balanced, crisp natural acidity. The result is a distinct wine that is always crisp, elegant, and refreshing. Uniquely Marlborough and undeniably Oyster Bay.

"Attitude" has a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavors, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance.

Very pleasant with or without food, in particular with seafood, asparagus, roasted fish and goat's milk cheese.

This bright Sauvignon blanc with a touch of a green hue shows an impressive range of aromas on the nose. A combination of passion fruit, black current and grapefruit on the nose with hints of mineral notes. The expression of the nose follows through to the palate, passion fruit, gooseberry, but with great salinity, complexity and length. The wine is fresh, with great balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

A beautiful Sauvignon Blanc that is as complex as it is aromatic, with notes of passion fruit, lime, apple, and a hint of lychee. A touch of vanilla and lightly toasted oak adds an alluring undertone to the medium-bodied palate before leading into its crisp, mouthwatering finish. The wine’s complexity can be traced to its prestigious heritage, as well as its unique Livermore Valley terroir.

This wine exudes aromas of lime, mango, grapefruit and white peach with a hint of fresh-cut grass. The palate is fresh and enticing as grapefruit and passion fruit intertwine with keylime, making the mouth water. Balanced, yet lively acidity lingers on the palate inviting another taste. The finish gives the wine length and vibrant freshness.

Sauvignon. This wine combines the best of French winemaking Know-How with modern winemaking technology. Skin-contact before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (14-15°). Oak ageing for 20%. Fruity nose of peach, grapefruit, bananas and mango. The palate is well-balanced. A wonderful, delicately wooded finish. Ideal with a rocket and parmesan salad or seafood linguine. Serve chilled at 12° C. A side order of Louis Jordan’s jumpin’ jive complete the scene, “there ain’t nobody here but us chickens”.

A lifted nose showing refreshing herbal notes, snow pea, melon, and fresh guava. Light bodied and refreshing with typical Marlborough flavors of passion fruit, gooseberry, and grapefruit. A pleasing herbaceous thread leads to a long, lingering finish.
